About the event

The CAVC Bar Association is excited to host Dana Montalto, Associate Director & Lecturer-on-Law with the Veterans Legal Clinic at the Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School, for an hour-long presentation discussing less than honorable discharges due to "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" and LGBTQ+ discrimination. She will focus on the substance of best practices and legal standards for representing this part of the veterans community.
