Due to the tragic events at Reagan National Airport (DCA) that have halted all incoming and outgoing flights, the presenter will not be able to make it to DC to present in person. The presentation will proceed via Zoom. A large screen will be set up in the CAVC law library for in-person attendees. The previously-scheduled happy hour at 5 pm, following the presentation, will proceed as scheduled.
