The Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims Bar Association was created to improve and facilitate the administration of justice in the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC). Our goal is to provide information and services to the community of those interested in Veterans law, a diverse and rapidly growing area of administrative law.
Our members enjoy a wide variety of educational programming and professional networking opportunities. This site is a gateway to information about upcoming events, panel presentations, annual meetings, and judicial conferences. The site also contains a library of our Veterans Law Journal, as well as other materials and links that are useful to practitioners.
The CAVC Bar Association is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Our mission is exclusively supported by the annual dues paid by our members. Most of the programming, events, and educational activities produced by the CAVC Bar Association are provided free of charge and coordinated by an all-volunteer Board of Governors and committee structure. These valuable resources generally are made available to all who have an interest in Veterans law and the CAVC, regardless of membership status. If you are not yet a member of the CAVC Bar Association, please join today. If you have not renewed your membership for the fiscal year (October through September), please be sure to renew today. You can join or renew here. Thank you!
