Our Mission
The Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims Bar Association was facilitate the administration of justice and improve the practice of law in the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC). Our goal is to provide information and services to those interested in Veterans law.

Our members enjoy a wide variety of educational programming and professional networking opportunities. The CAVC Bar Association publishes the Veterans Law Journal, on a quarterly basis. Please review our latest issue to learn more about the services and activities of the CAVC Bar Association.

The CAVC Bar Association is an independent 501(c)(3) charitable organization and is not part of the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims or the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Our mission is supported by the annual dues paid by our members. Most of the programming, events, and educational activities produced by the CAVC Bar Association are provided free of charge and coordinated by an all-volunteer Board of Governors and committee structure. These valuable resources generally are made available to all who have an interest in Veterans law and the CAVC, regardless of membership status.
