Please join the CAVC Bar Association as Chief Judge Allen, Judge Bartley, and Judge Laurer participate in a panel discussion where they will share their thoughts and opinions on best practices before the Court. This will be an excellent opportunity to hear directly from the judges on what they see from their perspective as adjudicators. Topics will include briefing, oral argument, and other aspects of advocacy.
It is sure to be a lively and informative presentation that will benefit all members of the bar! Plan to join the conversation, either in-person or via Zoom.
