Less Than Honorable Discharges Due to "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" and LGBTQ+ Discrimination

The CAVC Bar Association proudly hosts Dana Montalto, Associate Director & Lecturer-on-Law with the Veterans Legal Clinic at the Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School, for an hour-long presentation discussing less than honorable discharges due to "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" and LGBTQ+ discrimination.
