About the event
In an effort to maintain and foster the mutually respectful nature of the CAVC bar, the Bar Association is presenting a panel discussion on professionalism with members of the bar from opposing sides. The focus of the panel will be on how those with differing roles in the appellate process maintain civility and respect even when they disagree on the merits of a case. Ours is a collegial bar where despite our roles and advocacy positions, we maintain an exemplary standard of professionalism. We hope that this panel discussion will encourage that continued standard in the future.
This is a hybrid event; if you plan to attend in person, please RSVP. You may also join via Zoom.
Panelists to be announced. To further encourage professionalism, in-person attendees will be invited to an informal happy hour following the panel event.
